I couldn't say enough as to how grateful I am to have found this place! For years, of storing my stuff, to having family members do the same. It wasn't just the feeling of ease, knowing, without a doubt, that all of my things were safe and protected. But moreso, Sue ❤️.... Above and beyond customer service! Sue is not only has all the knowledge that she shares... She actually talks and listens to what it is you want, and then she works her magic and the end result is not only what you were looking for...... it's that, and then some. All I can say is she is a wonderful woman and I'm so very happy our paths crossed. Even though I may no longer have stuff in storage there today, it's a stop I make when in the area to get my hug from Sue 😊🤗🤗🤗

Just a couple of things I learned the hard way (1.) When storing your belongings in a self storage unit and if said storage isn't in your name, be sure to have something in writing from the person you're subletting from, including an itemized list with pictures of your belongings, signed by the person who's name is on the unit. Get one with your own name as soon as possible. Not doing this can set you up for a theft of your belongings and the facility manager can't help If it's just a he said she said situation. Even onsite video doesn't help. (2.) Defaulf/ lien notice/ lien sale time-frame is only 45 days total, like to the date of the auction. That's a month and a half. So there isn't much time to save your belongings if something happens and you can't pay for the unit.

This rating goes predominately to the on site manager, Sue. She has always made me feel great with her very pleasant, friendly greetings and conversation. The facilities are always tidy. I wouldn't go anywhere else but here
