Self-Storage in Chico, CA

Had Extra when I was living in Paradise pre Camp Fire. None of my items were damaged so I wanted to rent a small storage unit in Chico I chose Extra again. Great people and great business!

I needed a storage close to the apt. I rented. I spoke with Tom, the manager of these storage units on the phone first. He was very polite and seemed like he really wanted to accommodate me. I set up a time to meet him at the storage later that day. When I got there, the paperwork was handled swiftly and he went over the rules of the storage. The opening and closing times didn't quite fit my needs for my employment. I needed to get in very early, and sometimes would be a little later coming back from my job. He quickly offered to change the time I could get in, and extend the time later in the evening to accommodate my needs. I was very impressed at his customer service. The price of the storage is also very reasonable. I would recommend these storages to anyone who wants a clean environment and good customer service. Thanks so much Tom!

So normally this place would have five stars, but I have an issue. I was with this woman for 5 years, let's call her Jessica Swisher. So I needed a big storage beside our personal storage for my eBay business, Jessica said ok and rented us another unit. Not thinking twice about it being in her name. So wouldn't you know this foul a$$ Oroville ho had me completely fill up this unit and then had me locked out of it. Along with our personal unit. And sue, even though she saw me loading this unit up says there's nothing I can do....
